PURPOSE:To form blockading part, prominent in sealing property and never opening through holes again, by a method wherein one end of a resin tube, provided with through holes in parallel in a specified direction, is molded, molten and sealed in a specified mold. CONSTITUTION:A resin tube 1, provided with through holes 13 in parallel in the axial direction of the wall of the tube, is inserted into a mold 61 for pinching and pressurizing. The resin tube 1 is pushed against the deep end of the mold by a pushing means 32 along the axial direction thereof the approach the inner wall 11 of the same tube 1 to the outer wall 12 of the same each other, and heating and softening processes are effected thereto. Subsequently, the end of the tube, heated and softened, is forced into the mold 62 to be processed with high-frequency heating, and the pipe is continuously pushed by the pushing means 32. Thereby, the inner wall 11 and the outer wall 12 of the end of the tube are bent inwardly and are molten. According to this method, the sealed through holes will never be opened again by a secondary work such as expanding or the like or a shock. |
