PURPOSE:To mold a multi-layer molded form without any defect on the surface thereof in a short period of time, by a method wherein materials for molding the outer layer and the inner layer of the molded form are injected into a mold with a specified temperature gradient. CONSTITUTION:A mold 1 is provided with a temperature gradient so that the curing speed of first synthetic resin molding material 7 becomes slow at the pouring port 5 side of a cavity 4 and quick at the deep side of the same gradually. Accordingly, the first synthetic resin material 7, immediately after injection, is not cured immediately in the cavity 4 and is in flowable condition, therefore, second synthetic resin molding material 8, injected subsequently, can flow smoothly without being precluded the flow of it. Further, the curing reaction of the first synthetic resin molding material 7 advances gradually faster as it goes in the deeper side of the cavity, therefore, the molding surface thereof is not damaged by the second synthetic resin molding material 8. According to this method, a multi-layer molded form without any defect on the surface thereof may be obtained in a short period of time. |
