PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by blending a cellulosic resin with an alcohol-modified or polyether-modified silicone oil and capable of producing sheets having improved transparency, surface gloss and smoothness by a calendering method. CONSTITUTION:(A) A composition, obtained by blending (A) 100pts.wt. cellulosic resin, e.g. cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate butyrate, etc., with (B) 0.1-5pts.wt. alcohol-modified or polyether-modified silicone oil, prepared by introducing hydrophilic groups consisting of alcohol groups or polyether groups into a silicone oil and expressed by the formula (R is methyl and part thereof may be substituted by H, ethyl or phenyl; R' is 1-8C alkylene; n is 1-100), etc., and having <=10,000cSt, preferably 100-4,000cSt viscosity at 25 deg.C. |
