PURPOSE:To attain various image processing by repeatedly writing specified coordinate data graphically in a specified memory area and painting out the area with a bit pattern. CONSTITUTION:When a registration number is assigned to image information, the image information is written in an address determined by the number in a RAm 34 to execute pattern registration. In case of printing out an image in a prescribed area, an instruction for writing a registration image is sent. Receiving the instruction, a CPU 32 retrieves a registration number corresponding to a successively sent information ID code. The image information is read out from the RAM 34, a writing position specified from the host side is decoded and patterns registered in a closed area including the position are written without any space to paint out the area. Consequently, an optional graphic can be painted out with a required bit pattern. |
