发明名称 ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR RESONATOR MIRROR
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform normal laser oscillation, by forming a long groove shape for a receiving part of a supporting-point rod in a resonator-mirror adjusting device, and directing the direction of the groove toward the center of an opening part. CONSTITUTION:The direction of the groove of a supporting-point receiving part 16 having a long groove shape is oriented toward the central part of a partial reflecting mirror 3. The cross section of the long groove have a V shape. When a mirror holder 11 is slanted by the slanting mechanism of the mirror holder 11, which has the supporting-point receiving part 16 such as this, a supporting-point rod 14 is slidden toward the central part of the partial reflecting mirror in the long groove. Therefore, excessive force is not applied on an 0 ring 12. Thus the 0 ring is not subjected to deformation, which impairs sealing effect. In this way, the isolated state between a laser medium and atmosphere can be maintained by the 0 ring. The normal laser oscillation can be performed in the pure laser medium.
