PURPOSE:To simplify the arrangement of a four wheel steering device, by generating a hydraulic pressure proportional to the steering angle of front wheels of a four wheel steering vehicle, in a front wheel power steering device, and by enabling a part of the hydraulic pressure as a drive force for a rear wheel steering device. CONSTITUTION:A rear wheel steering device 2 has a second supply pump P2 for feeding a predetermined amount of hydraulic oil, and a second hydraulic oil passage 22 for supplying hydraulic oil into a rear wheel steering power cylinder 24 from the pump P2. Further, it also has a hydraulic motor M having a communicating passage 32 connected to a first hydraulic oil passage 12 in a front wheel power steering device 1 and actuated by hydraulic pressure feed from a first supply pump P1, for rotating a second steering force input shaft 23a. Further, there is provided a rear wheel steering force control section 23 which is operated in association with the relative rotation between the second steering force input shaft and output shafts 23a, 23b, for controlling the opening area of the second hydraulic oil passage 22 supplying hydraulic oil into the rear wheel steering power cylinder 24 from the second supply pump P2 in accordance with an increase or decrease in the relative rotation. |
