PURPOSE:To obtain the aimed DNA providing recombinant DNA to mass produce the aimed protein by cultivating a strain, by transforming Erwinia carotovora, consisting of DNA sequence having a specific base sequence (part thereof) containing a promoter range participating in manifestation of protein, liposome bond range and a range participating in secretion of protein. CONSTITUTION:The titled DNA such as pectic lyase shown by the figure, etc., having a base sequence containing a promoter range participating in manifestation of protein, liposome bond range (AAGGAG) and a range participating in secretion of protein is bonded to a vector DNA to give a recombinant DNA. A bacterium is transformed with recombinant DNA and the prepared transformed bacterium is cultivated to produce the aimed protein. |
