The game wheel comprises the foot piece 2, a number of identical rollers 3, which are arranged radially and for turning rest on the foot piece 2, and an observation wheel 1 with observation gaps 14. The surface of each roller 3 is divided into a plurality of areas marked by different figures, letters or respectively colours. The observation wheel 1 has a plurality of one-way revolving projections 15 on its base plate for turning the rollers 3 in contact with the projections when the observation wheel 1 is rotated clockwise. Turning the observation wheel 1 anticlockwise, on the other hand, will not turn the rollers 3. Markings 16 applied to the surface of the observation wheel 1 indicate the placings of the revolving projections 15. By turning the observation wheel 1 clockwise and anticlockwise, a user can arrange randomly ordered figures, letters or colours on the rollers into a consistent or predetermined pattern. This provides an intelligence quotient game wheel which is constructed from simple elements and which can be played with simple rules. <IMAGE>
