PURPOSE:To generate a partial test item in a short time by checking logic relation which indicates the correspondence relation between inputs and outputs in the form of a determination table developed so that all permissible partial test items are generated. CONSTITUTION:When the logic relation 11 is inputted from a determination table storage device 7 to an input data editing part 2 with a start signal 10, a singular matrix generation part 3 generates a singular matrix 15 based upon a limited kind and sends it to a limitation condition check part 4 together with an end signal 14. A check part 4 excludes combinations of cause nodes which are impossible by comparing an intermediate pattern with a singular matrix pattern and then sends an end signal 17 to a determination table developing part 5. The developing part 5 inputs the intermediate pattern sequence 21 of the case, result, and state generated by inputting a cause pattern sequence 19 generated by the check part 4 to a partial test item generation part 6 to check its propriety, thereby outputting improper examples to a partial test item output device 9. |
