PURPOSE:To calculate a signal to be calculated by analog signal processing at a high speed and with high accuracy by connecting all stored electric charges of uniform polarity and outputting the amount of electric charges emerging between both ends of an electric charge storing element in the form of an integration value. CONSTITUTION:In case poralities are different from each other after storage like electric charge storing elements C1 and Cn, a comparator 9 detects previously the relations DL1>=DR1 and DL2<DR2 between signals to be integrated. Therefore, switch elements SL1 and SR1 are opened with elements BL1 and BR1 short- circuited respectively based on control signals phiS1 and phiB1 received from a control circuit 10. Thus a switching action is carried out in response to stored electric charges. While in the case of the uniform polarity like elements C2 and C3, DL2<DR2 and DL3<DR3 are defined and therefore elements SL2 and SR2 are short-circuited with elements BL2 and BR2 opened respectively by the signals phiS2 and phiB2. Thus it is possible to obtain the integration value for the absolute difference value between signals DLi and DRi by measuring the both-terminal voltage of either one of electric charge storing elements by a measuring instrument 11. |
