摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent drop of access requests by storing only the access request that is kept waiting by the preceding timing and setting this access request at higher priority. CONSTITUTION:An access request priority deciding device 310 is provided with priority control flip-flips 310E-310H corresponding to access request stack devices 300-303 respectively. Then these flip-flops 310E-310H are set in case all said flip-flops are kept under reset states and the access requests corresponding to those access request stack devices are not selected by a priority deciding logic 310P. The logic 310P gives priority to a certain request if requested together with said flip-flops is set respectively.
