PURPOSE:To improve the positioning accuracy of a mirror with a hole to stabilize its performance and to obtain an oscillator which is easily maintained by providing a positioning mechanism for positioning the mirror with respect to a mirror holder with a hole by engaging a projection with a recess. CONSTITUTION:A convex mirror and a concave mirror opposed to one another, a mirror 3 with a hole attached obliquely to an optical axis for connecting both the mirrors for externally outputting a laser light amplified between both the mirrors, and a mirror holder 8 with a hole for detachably holding the mirror 3 are provided. A positioning mechanism for positioning the mirror 3 with respect to the holder 8 by engaging a recess with a projection is provided between the mirror 3 and the holder 8 in such an unstable type laser oscillator. The mechanism is composed, for example, of at least one positioning pin 11 provided at either the mirror 3 or the holder 8, and a positioning pin inserting hole formed at the other. |
