A new cosmetic prepn. for skin and hair care containing, in addition to conventional constituents such as water, alcohol, oils etc. contains 0.005-0.05 wt.% of 4-nicotinoyl-aminobenzoic - (beta-diethylamino)-ethylester - hydrochloride, and 10% of an aqueous soln. containing isoleucine, leucin, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophane, threonine, valine and lysine. |
