<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the runaway of a control system by using an abnormality detector to decide whether or not the control system is working properly to set the output of a digital controller at the control value of the control system with proper working of the control system and to set the controlled valuable at zero with improper working of the control system respectively. CONSTITUTION:A digital controller 6 of a control system outputs the controlled valuable 5 based on the target position data 1 and a controlled system position 2. The controlled valuable 5 is turned into the analog value by a D/A converter 7 and this analog value is amplified 8. Thus the proper controlled valuable is obtained and applied to a driver 9. The actuated position of the driver 9 is detected by a synchronizing oscillator 10 and undergoes digital conversion through a synchronizing digital converter 11. Then the position 2 is fed back to the controlled valuable 5. The deviation 3 between the data 1 and the position 2 is applied to a servo control circuit 12 of the control system and the output value 20 of the circuit 12 is given to a model estimating device 13 and the position 2 is processed for output of an estimation error 14. This error 14 is processed by an allowable error deciding device 15, an abnormality detector 17, etc. Then the detector 17 decides whether the control system is working properly or not.</p> |
