PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject food capable of being used in a wide use range including chocolates, having a good taste and low in calorie by including a specific triglyceride in oils and fats. SOLUTION: This food is obtained by including a SUS type triglyceride in oils and fats, wherein the L/O of U in the SUS type triglyceride is 0.25-4.0, and further including a calcium salt in an amount of >=0.5 mole per mole of the SUS type triglyceride. Therein, S: a 14-24C saturated fatty acid; U: an unsaturated fatty acid; L: linoleic acid; O: oleic acid. It is also preferable that a St/P in the SUS type triglyceride is >=2. Therein, St: styrene, P: palmitic acid. |
