PURPOSE:To minimize a period of pause by providing a control part to write the normal data and the compression data and relieving as much as possible the writing errors of the normal data if occur. CONSTITUTION:An MS control part 1b can write compression data STX, D', SPX and BCC in plural blocks in addition to normal data STX, D, SPX and BCC. That is, if a writing error is detected by the read-after-write check after the normal data are written into a recording area MS, the compression data are produced and written into the area MS in plural blocks. Then a replacement job is through as long as just one of those written blocks is normal. It is impossible store all normal data into the compression data but possible at least to specify a user owing to a relieving method. Therefore no trouble is produced with processing carried out at a center since at least the account number can be read in the next transaction even after a bankbook is returned to the user. |
