In an arrangement for closing a door, especially of a motor vehicle, an output element of a drive device, the said output element being movable linearly over a predetermined path, is connected to a first leg of a toggle lever. A second leg of the toggle lever is mounted so as to be movable essentially linearly, a stop being provided in such a way that the toggle lever remains extended within a first part of the path and, when the stop is reached, commences a folding movement. The connection point of the two legs is designed as a pressure element which cooperates with a closing element.
