PREPARATION:The titled substance can be produced by reacting a phosphonium salt of formula II (X is halogen) with methyl ethyl ketone in an aprotic solvent such as ethers, hydrocarbons, amides, etc., in the presence of a base (e.g. methyllithium, sodium methoxide, sodium amide, etc.) at -10-+50 deg.C. |
