Combined lime-carbon dioxide-equilibrium stabiliser, comprising a filter and a magnetic cartridge, for cleaning the water and simultaneously influencing the minerals contained in the water, in such a way that these latter lose the tendency to limescale formation for a certain period, suitable for houses and apartment blocks, having a demountable and remountable magnetic cartridge and permanent magnetic positioning.
