Method for forming by stamping composite material parts comprised of a sheet (3) of fibres and a resin or a binder (9). The method is characterized in that the sheet, which is comprised at least of two unidirectional fibre layers, is stamped while exerting a controlled tension on the fibres by means of a stamp (2); after stamping, the sheet is impregnated with resin, the resin is degased by compressing the sheet (3)/resin (9) assembly between the stamp (2) and the dye (1). The polymerization is then carried out by heating the assembly and maintaining the compression.
