Hypodermic needle for the continuous or periodic, subcutaneous or intramuscular introduction of an aqueous or oily medicinal solution into body tissues, characterised in that the hypodermic needle comprises an enclosed, cylindrical hollow body which has an outer dimension of 10 to 50 mm, an inner width of the hollow body of 0.8 to 1.5 mm and a wall thickness of 0.2 to 0.3 mm, on which 3 to 5 cannulas having a length of 5 to 15 mm and an inner width of 0.05 to 0.7 mm are fastened at identical spacings, pointing in the same direction and in parallel to one another, at right angles to the plane of the hollow body, and which is firmly connected to a straight feed pipe that is 15 to 20 mm long parallel to the plane of the hollow body and has the same inner width and wall thickness as the cylindrical hollow body.
