In such a way, in a state of an IC card 1 simple substance, deposit balance information, etc. which are stored in a data storage part can be displayed on the display part 3 by a key input operation from the key input part 4, and also, by inputting in advance an identification number and the amount of receipt and payment, etc. before inserting the card into a cash automatic transaction device, an operation for simplifying, etc. an operation after inserting it into the cash automatic transaction device can be executed. |
