PURPOSE:To prevent power sources from interfering each other and obtain a compact, also more efficient power circuit for a laser oscillator, thereby always feeding a stable simmering current to a discharge part by unifying both a simmering current source and a main source after connecting them in series or in parallel and adding a diode to this configuration. CONSTITUTION:A simmering current source 1 involves a constant current source or a power source similar to the constant current source and a diode 10 for simmering source is added in series to the above source 1. Its source 1 is connected in parallel to a main source 6, to which the source 1 and the diode 11 for the main source are attached in one and moreover, they are arranged so that a discharge current 1d can be fed to a discharge part 3 through a ballast resistance 7 for a main circuit. Since the simmering source 1 is a source of electric currents, a simmering current Is having a constant rate is supplied. In such a case, there is the diode 11 for the main circuit, so that the simmering current Is does not flow into the main source 6 and a stable power is fed to the discharge part 3. |
