<p>In the process described waste hydrocarbons are mixed with waste sulphuric acids and/or acid derivatives of the latter, such as for example acid sludge, and this mixture is made to react, in the presence of at least the quantity of water required for hydration of the calcium sulphide, with quantities of calcium powder and/or calcium carbonate-containing flying dust, in such a way that the reaction product hardens by itself. The waste hydrocarbons used can be used oils, contaminated used oils, polychlorinated biphenyl, dioxine-containing oils, bituminous waste materials, hydrocarbon-charged used bleaching earths, macromolecular waste materials or materials contained in petroleum lagoons. The secondary raw material produced can be used, in particular, as a fuel or a desulpherizing additive in combustion plants, or for producing Portland cement.</p> |
