<p>The dispenser (10) has a body (11) and a cover (12) hinged to the body at (15). An upper jaw carrier (13) has jaw members (33, 34) extending downwardly therefrom. A holding finger (19) and a support finger (18) are present. Finger (19) is hinged at (14) to the cover and finger (18) is hinged at (45) to the body (11). The lower carrier has jaw members (20, 21) which normally conceal blade (26). Both fingers (18, 19) are downwardly movable against spring (31) and the lower carrier is downwardly movable against spring (30) to reveal the blade (26) and to enable the blade to move between members (33, 34) to perform a severing operation.</p> |
