<p>Hinge cap device for closing a container such as a bottle, a flask or the like, comprising a first portion provided with an outlet and appropriate to be secured to the container and a second portion or cover provided with means for obturation of said outlet and connected to said first portion by an articulation of the resilient film-hinge type. Said unique film-hinge comprises extremity areas - considered along the longitudinal direction forming the hinge axis - which are conformed to parts of spherical surfaces (35, 36).
