A flooring device (A) consists of an elevating floor (10) having the same areas as that of the pool (1). An elevation system vertically moves the elevating floor and has a supporting member for the elevating floor at an arbitrary height. The elevating floor is formed by arranging a number of rectangular prismatic floor members (11) on support frames (12), and air can be tightly packed in the hollow portion of each floor member. The volume of the air packed in each floor member is adjusted so that the total weight of the elevating floor and its buoyance in water balance with each other. |
