摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a stable burning condition by modulating the air distribution amount to an air inlet of respective stages at a predetermined ratio in response to at least one of either heavy oil flow rate or black liquid flow rate and concentration changes. The effect of the change of flow rate of heavy oil or black liquid to the other can be minimized to allow a stable burning condition. CONSTITUTION:By properly setting respective distribution factors alpha1-alpha4 and beta1-beta4 at respective factor setting sections 41-44 and 51-54 in burning air distribution computation means 40, 50 relative to heavy oil 3 and black liquid 5, the burning air quantity optimal for plane conditions can be obtained. If the flow rate of heavy oil 3 or the flow rate or concentration of black liquid 5 changes, the air quantity can be reduced or increased individually for each air inlet 6, 8, 9, 10, in response to said change. As a result, the effect of the change of heavy oil or black liquid to the burning of the other as external disturbance can be minimized. Further, since the change of air quantity due to the change of heavy oil or black liquid is shared by the air inlets 6, 8, 9, 10, the control amount of the air quantity at the air inlets 6, 8, 9, 10 becomes small. Therefore, the transient condition due to the change of air quantity becomes little, and the stable burning condition can be obtained in a short period of time.
