<p>PURPOSE:To always perform stable printing imparting good printing quality by eliminating the effect of the interference between recording electrodes, by a method wherein each recording electrode is divided into a plurality of blocks to be subjected to time sharing driving at every block and the single dot row corresponding to the row of the recording electrodes is printed by repeating time sharing driving plural times. CONSTITUTION:A recording electrode 5 is divided into three blocks at every third electrode and the respective electrodes are connected to transistors 9 in series. The current flowing in the current supply layer 2 of a current supply recording sheet 1 is concentrated to the edge part of the recording electrode, especially, to the edge part of the recording electrode 5 on the side near to a return electrode 6 and current density becomes max. at said edge part and becomes low as separates from the recording electrode. Hereinafter, the current supply operations of the recording electrodes 5a, 5b, 5c are repeated four times in the same way and the printing of one picture element with respect to each recording electrode, that is, the printing of a vertical one row is performed. By this method, it is eliminated that the size of the picture element printed changes by mutual interference or the shape thereof becomes irregular and stable printing is performed.</p> |
