PURPOSE:To prevent various electrical accessories from generating misoperation by a voltage drop, by temporarily stopping the supply of power to the other electric load so as to prevent a large load from being applied to a power source when large power is required for assisting a steering to be energized. CONSTITUTION:A motor 9, equipped with an electric motor driven gear 8 meshing with a transmission gear 7 provided in an input shaft 2, is provided in the vicinity of a selector valve 3 operated with a pinion by turning the input shaft 2, and the motor 9 is driven so as to be controlled by a controller 10. The controller 10, to which signals from an engine speed sensor 17, car speed sensor 11, steering angle sensor 13 and a torque sensor 14 are input, calculates a change rate of a handle steering angle. When the change rate is in a predetermined value or more with an engine speed in a predetermined value or less, a signal of actuating a relay 18 is output to a relay circuit 16, causing the supply of power to a rear window defogger 15 so as to be temporarily stopped. |
