PURPOSE:To enable a carrier unit to be exactly stopped at a specified position, by controlling a thrust based on a speed when the speed of the carrier is set to be of a specified value or more, and based on the speed and a position deviation when the speed is set to be of the specified value or less. CONSTITUTION:To the stator 7 of a linear induction motor set at the stop station section of carrier rails 3, a driving source 9 is connected. A carrier unit 1 is provided with slit plates having slits 11, and slit sensors 13, 15 are arranged near a stator 5. By a clock circuit 17, the output signal of the slit sensors 13, 15 is applied to a speed detector 19 and a position deviation detector 21. By a speed comparator 29, a switch 27 is turned OFF when a speed is set to be of a specified value or more, and the input of speed signal only to the driving section 9 is provided, and the switch 27 is turned ON when the speed is set to be less than the specified value, and the input of the speed signal and position deviation signal to the driving section 9 is provided. |
