PURPOSE:To prevent bubbles from generating in a printing head and subsequent printing instability occurrence by arranging an ink absorber in a position opposed to the tip of a glass nozzle, and allowing the ink absorber to contact the tip of the glass nozzle and to be separated by the action of a DC solenoid. CONSTITUTION:An ink absorber 11 is directly moved by action of a DC solenoid 16 from a position in which nozzle tips 5, 6, 7, 8 and the ink absorber 11 are separated from each other to a position in which the ink absorber 11 contacts the tip of a glass nozzle. A friction plate 18 operates in such a manner that it rotates in a process in which a rotor 12 operates directly by allowing said plate to contact the ink absorber 11. The rolling directions of the ink absorber 11 and the friction plate 18 differ depending on a process in which the rotor 12 approaches the nozzle tips 5, 6, 7, 8 or the former is separated from the latter. Subsequently the spring constant of the friction plate 18 changes according to the position, so that a difference in the relative slide between the ink absorber 11 and the friction plate 18 generates. This results in the contact between the ink absorber and the nozzle tip on different positions each time the above-mentioned difference occurs. Bubbles in the nozzle are eliminated by moving the ink in the glass nozzle to the ink absorber while shifting the contact position of the ink absorber. |
