PURPOSE:To improve atomization by providing a fuel injection valve on the lower course side of a timing valve provided in an intake passage and injecting fuel during the closed period of said timing valve, and introducing part of intake air for other cylinders into a fuel injecting part to serve as a bleed air. CONSTITUTION:A timing valve 17 which is rotated being interlocked with a crankshaft is provided in an intake passage 16. The opening time of the timing valve 17 is later than that of an intake valve and generates a large negative pressure wave to improve an inertial effect. The closing time of the timing valve 17 is earlier that of the intake valve, generating a large negative pressure on the lower course side of the timing valve 17. The opening of a connecting passage 28 is provided immediately on the lower course side of the fuel injection valve 23 connecting the intake passages for cylinders to the connecting passage 28. And, by this connecting passage, part of the intake air for other cylinders is introduced to the fuel injection part due to the high negative pressure during the injection of fuel, giving an air bleed effect to injection fuel and improving the atomization of fuel.
