PURPOSE:To contrive poor conduction not to be generated, by feeding current to an electric/mechanical energy conversion element via a flexible print circuit plate. CONSTITUTION:On the bottom surface of a ring-formed oscillating unit 2 with a trapezoidal cross-sectional area, an electrostrictive element 1 as a ring-formed piezoelectric unit is integrally bonded. A ring-formed rotary body 3 is rotated by progressive oscillatory wave generated on the oscillating unit 2. A flexible print circuit plate 11 having a conductor pattern corresponding with the electrode pattern of the electrostrictive element 1 is bonded to the electrostrictive element 1, and current is fed to the electrostrictive element 1 via the flexible print circuit plate 11. |
