PURPOSE:To enable the action of a tilt cylinder to be efficiently checked and fixed with no necessity for changing the size of a device in the past, by providing a relief valve in the halfway of an oil path through which oil chambers, partitioned in both sides by a piston, communicate. CONSTITUTION:A piston 4, which is able to freely side in the inside of a circular tube-shaped cylinder 2, forming its one side an opening end, and equipped with plural check valves 3 opened only when a large extension load is applied, is mounted to the point end of a tilt cylinder 1, and the tilt cylinder 1, which provides a hollow piston rod 5, extending outside the cylinder 2, to be inserted, closes the opening side of the cylinder 2 by a rod guide 6. The hollow piston rod 5 forms an oil path 7 so that oil chambers A, B, partitioned in both sides by the piston 4, communicate. A relief valve 13, which can freely slide along the hollow internal periphery of the hollow piston rod 5, opens and closes the oil path 7. |
