<p>PURPOSE:To device the maintenance of moisture absorption balance of the face and rear of a film base material and to prevent the occurrence of crease at the laminating process, by carrying out a metallizing treatment on one face of the base material with remaining untreated section on the both sides of the travelling direction. CONSTITUTION:A base material is a film base material 1 of a biaxially oriented ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer. An aluminum metallized surface 2 is formed on one surface of the film base material 1 by a metallizing treatment. The metallized surface 2 is formed on one surface of the base material 1 with remaining untreated section on the both sides of the travelling direction of the base material 1. Next, printing is performed on the metallized surface 2 of the base material and the opposite face is coated with a water-resistant lacquer as well and thereby a water-resistant face 3 is formed against the metallized face 2. As the base material 1, an exposed section of the base material 1 is formed on the section of the both sides of the travelling direction, and the moisture absorption balance of the face and rear of the base material 1 can be maintained with this exposed section.</p> |
