PURPOSE:To form an uneven surface, by differentiating the average degree of polymerization of the intermediate layer and the top layer that are laminated on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate layer and a top layer that are made of polymers such as vinyl chloride resins having different average degrees of polymerization are laminated on base material such as paper, nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, etc., and the laminate is foamed by heating thereby forming crinkles on the surface due to the difference of the degree of the polymerization. The intermediate layer has a composition mainly consisting of a thermoplastic resin, and the top layer has a composition mainly consisting of a thermoplastic resin to which a foaming agent has been added and that has a higher degree of polymerization than the thermoplastic resin of the intermediate layer. When the laminate is foamed by heating at a temperature of 150 deg.C or over to increase the volume twice as large as the original volume, crinkles are formed on the surface of the laminate. |
