PURPOSE:To prevent the heat penetration by concentrically disposing the electrodes to be placed within a service port and the transfer tube receiver to eliminate the isolation space of the two, thereby making the diameter of the service port smaller. CONSTITUTION:Under a service port 5, an electrode supporting part 5a is provided. Under the supporting part 5a, a transfer tube receiver supporting part 5b is provided. On the supporting part 5a, electrodes 7 are provided, and on the supporting part 5b, a transfer tube receiver 6 is provided concentrically with the electrodes 7. Then, the tube receiver 6 becomes concentric with the electrodes 7, the isolation space of the tube receiver 6 and the electrodes 7 is eliminated, and the diameter of the service port 5 becomes small. With this, the heat penetration is prevented. |
