PURPOSE:To obtain a reflecting member whose adjustment of the optical axis is easy, by forming a supporting means so that a part of its section is arcuate and bringing two points of a V-shaped groove and a reflecting member into contact with each other to support the reflecting member by a supporting unit provided with said V-shaped groove. CONSTITUTION:This reflecting member is provided with a reflecting part 18 and a supporting part 19, and the reflecting part 18 is provided with a reflective face 16. The reflection point on the reflective face 16 passes the center of a circle into which the section of the supporting part 19 is formed, and they are constituted into one body by a glass, a metal, or the like. The beam reflecting member formed in this manner is brought into contact with two points of the V-shaped groove and is pressed to them by a reflecting member holding part 20 provided with the V-shaped groove and a retaining plate 17. This beam reflecting member is rotated to adjust the beam reflection direction without changing the reflection point at the center of the reflective face 16. Consequently, the whole of beam reflecting member is miniaturized because plural beam reflecting members are close supported without degrading the operability in case of supporting. |
