HEAT-PIPE WIG COATED BY THERMAL SPRAYING OF PLASMA

摘要

PURPOSE: A heat-pipe wig coated by thermal spraying of plasma is provided which could simplify the process for making and improve the performance of the heat-pipe by securing sufficient capillary power. CONSTITUTION: A heat-pipe wig, which is installed and sealed inside of the heat-pipe to return the condensed driving fluid transferring very fast by using evaporation potential heat to the evaporation part, is prepared by adhering copper powder(75) by thermal spraying of plasma to the surface of a copper plate(65) to make the flow of the driving fluid from the condensation part to the evaporation part by improving the capillary power.
