PURPOSE:To make efficient data transmission possible even under the environment in which fading that causes periodical lowering of a receiving level exists, receiving and analyzing the received level notice information from the receiving side at transmitting side, and controlling start and termination, etc. CONSTITUTION:Receiving level notice information etc. from the receiving side is received in a receiving section 1 through a receiving level detector 2, a receiving level notice information inserting section 9, a transmitting section 10, etc. The receiving level notice information is separated and extracted in a receiving level notice information separating section 3, and supplied to a fading period forming section 6 and a transmission controlling section 7. Responding to the average fading period generated by the forming section 6, a data transmitting section 8 determines transmission data length, and data transmission by the transmitting section 8 is controlled by transmission start and termination command by the controlling section 7 while loading a fading period. Thereby, data can be transmitted surely and efficiently without causing data loss even in environment where fading exists. |
