PURPOSE: An automatic control system of a thermal storage type electric boiler is provided to promote the convenience in a variety of functions such as rapidly treating A/S by sensing a heater and the like as well as to improve the safety. CONSTITUTION: An automatic control system is operated by; starting to store heat by feeding midnight power to heaters(516,517) through earth leakage breakers(501,502) if a microcomputer operates an MC1 and an MC2 of an electronic contactor according to the set temperature; and starting to heat a specific area if the microcomputer operates a relay(508) according to the set temperature; working the relay only during the set time if the temperature reaches the temperature set in the initial movement of a circulation pump to improve the heating and thermal storage efficiency. The microcomputer turns off the MC1 and MC2 of the electronic contactor to stop storing heat if the detected signals from a water level sensor(513) and an overheat sensor(514) are inputted into the microcomputer while heating or storing heat. Also, the microcomputer stops the circulation pump in alarming the low water level, and starts the circulation pump to cool the overheated thermal storage tub in alarming the overheating.
