PURPOSE:To achieve a fast and stable measurement preventing dew formation, by a method wherein a gas to be measured is drawn into a detecting section through the injection of air from an ejector and discharged before it falls below the dew point temperature. CONSTITUTION:A detecting section 1 which is a laminate of a sensing cell, a heating body and/or a temperature detecting body is mounted at the tip of a probe 3 inserted into a flue of a burning furnace or the like. In the operation, as an ejector air such as air is supplied to an ejector air supply tube 11 from an ejector 10, it is depressurized near an inlet of a discharge tube 12 of a gas to be measured and the gas being measured is discharged, while the gas being measured is fed to the detecting section 1 through a filter 4. With such an arrangement, a high temperature is developed near the detecting section 1 to prevent corrosion and clogging otherwise caused by dew formation of moisture and acid components in an exhaust gas, thereby enabling stable high-speed measurement. |
