<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the pulverization and leakage of activated carbon, by surrounding activated carbon by a soft nonwoven fabric having meshes finer than the particle size of activated carbon. CONSTITUTION:Activated carbon 33 is received in an oil-purifying case 30 having a bottomed cylindrical shape made of a metal such as aluminum and a bottom surface provided with a large number of apertures so as to be held between nonwoven fabric filters 31, 32 made of polyester from above and below and a perforated upper plate 34 such as a punching metal is fixed to the upper surface opening of the oil-purifying case 30 by caulking. Each of nonwoven fabric filters 31, 32 preferably has meshes finer than the particle size of activated carbon 33. The peripheral edges of the nonwoven fabric filters 31, 32 are provided to the oil-purifying case 30 in a caulking state and the outflow of activated carbon from the gap between both of them is prevented.</p> |
