PURPOSE:To effectively contrive to utilize a reception mail text by writing the mail text in a mail box file into a file with a recipient designated. CONSTITUTION:The user extracts the information and text relating to all mails received from the mail box file 4 by using a received mail extraction means 11 and displays them onto a display means 12 of a terminal equipment 5. The user confirms the necessity of storage as to the mail text displayed, designates a file 6 to be stored and writes the mail text extracted by the extracting means 21 into the file 6 by using a write means 22. The stored mail text is sent to other text mail system users by a transmission means 4.
