PURPOSE:To achieve a quick printing of a desired file, by printing an identification code alone with a quick feed of a data file. CONSTITUTION:When a print command signal is inputted into a printer control microprocessor (MPU)1 from a print mode input section 3, it is sent to an oximeter control section 7 via an interface 6. Data stored in a memory 8 is read on a 3 byte basis sequentially with the first address first to be transferred to the MPU1 via the interface 6. With the MPU1, the data are analyzed and after a graph display processing, the results are outputted to a print head 4 together with a time data to print. When another file is needed in the course of the print processing, with the inputting of a command signal from an input section 3, the MPU1 stops the printing. A file identification code alone is fed quickly from the memory section 8 to print and when a desired file is reached, a printing command is inputted from the input section 3 to complete the quick feed, returning the printer to the normal printing operation. This assures a quick printing of a desired data. |
