PURPOSE:To peel off a photosensitive layer in a short time, and also, uniformly by peeling it off by generating an eddy in a solvent by an eddy generating means which has been provided in an immersion tank. CONSTITUTION:A supply port 11 which has been formed in the end part of a nozzle 5 consisting of an S-shaped pipe is placed so as to supply a solvent 3 in the direction opposite to each other in the immersion tank 2 and the solvent 3 generates a flow eddy in the peripheral direction of a photosensitive drum 1 by force of the direction for rotating the solvent 3. In this case, a part of the solvent 3 overflows from the immersion tank, and flows out to an overflow receiving part 4, but this solvent 3 which has flowed out is also supplied through a pipe 6 so as to generate an eddy in the immersion tank 2 from the nozzle 5. In this way, a photosensitive layer can be peeled off uniformly, evenly and in a short time. |
