<p>PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently make turn-over a work by turning each of one pair of turn-over frame by operating mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The work W is laid on a roller table 10 of the turn-over frame 7 from an inlet side conveyor 21 and by operating a cylinder 17 for operation, the turn-over frame 7 is turned toward right direction and the one side face of work W is abutted on a holding part 12 and by turning the turn-over frame 7 at 90 deg., the work W is turned at 90 deg.. A turn-over frame 8 is turned toward right direction by a cylinder 18 for operation, and also the one side face of work W is laid on the holding part 13 of turn-over frame 8 and the turn-over frame 8 is turned at 90 deg., to lay on a roller table 11. The work W is turned over at 180 deg., to lay on the outlet side conveyor 22 and then, the turn-over frames 7, 8 are turned back by the cylinders 17, 18 for operation.
