PURPOSE:To prevent the outside diameter from swelling by providing a mold releasing layer which is formed by a cast molding system and consists of oil- contained silicone rubber in which inorganic fillers have been mixed, on the outside periphery of an oil barrier layer consisting of fluororubber, which has been formed on the outside periphery of an elastic layer. CONSTITUTION:A primer 2 for silicone rubber is applied onto a metallic core shaft 1, and a silicone rubber layer is formed thereon, as an elastic layer 3. Subsequently, a fluororubber primer 4 is applied onto the elastic layer 3, and fluororubber is applied thereon to 15-100mum thick, as an oil barrier layer 5, and heated and hardened. Also, on the oil barrier layer 5, a silicone rubber and fluororubber primer 6 is applied, and inorganic fillers, for instance, a cold- setting silicone rubber layer containing red oxide is formed thereon to 30mum-1mm thick by a cast molding system. In this way, swelling of the outside diameter caused by silicone oil can be prevented. |
