SUBSTANCE: apparatus has refractory blowing tuyere covered with metal enclosure and provided with metal bottom furnished with gas supplying device. Tuyere has two refractory parts: porous and slit. Slits are positioned at an angle of 35 deg one with respect to the other, and slit thickness does not exceed 0.1 mm. Such construction provides improves mixing of steel and prevents it from passage through apparatus. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
